Our MinebeaMitsumi Code of Conduct and Compliance Code apply to all employees working for us. They describe how we want to behave as a matter of principle. They give us guidance in dealing with the most important integrity and legal issues in our daily work - with our colleagues, customers, suppliers and other third parties.
We offer employees, customers, suppliers and partners a whistleblower system via an external provider. Here, anyone can report any violations of laws, other regulations or our codes anonymously and around the clock. It provides a confidential and specially encrypted dialogue with our compliance department.
